325 difference-makers from hundreds of organizations attended one of three Technical Assistance Partnership (TAP) collaborative learning sessions, and beyond the advancements of those sessions 25 teams worked together during the year on subjects related to systems, policies, strengths-based community development practices and addressing positive impact on the social determinants of health.
Guided by stakeholder feedback, TAP has evolved again in order to better serve participants, improve success rates for teams and alliances, and enhance the longer-term sustainability of collaborations fostered through TAP activities.
